I stayed 2 nights and would definitely return here when visiting Austria. Truly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and silent, the location was particularly good and absolutely incredible to the commuter train from. The breakfast was savoury and tasty and at the nearby bakery, the staff was exceptionally nice. The service was all in all friendly.

Very comfy bed in the guest room, plus luggage storage and blackout drapes. Nice building, particularly good and incredible location just off the underground, and subway station and train station.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the metro station and the historic center. The value for money was excellent, with basic amenities provided in the rooms. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering all the information we needed for our reservation via WhatsApp. Additionally, the breakfast at the nearby bakery was included and offered good value with a variety of options to choose from.
No improvements necessary, everything was great!

Infact we dint like anything
Inspite of informing the staff that wew ill be reaching an hour earlier than the check in time, there was no response from them. We were made to stand outside in the cold at -4deg and snowing from 6 am. Luckily one tenant came by and got us inside till the waiting room. When the receptionist lady came at 7.45am, her response was quite rude and cold. She was like she cannot give us any room until 3pm. But hte check in hours in the site was written from 7 am to 3 pm and we had already informed them about our early arrival. She asked us to leave the bag there and go out and come back by afternoon. It was them ost rudest attitude ever, After a whole night journey, we were made to stand in the middle of the road. Then when we returned by afternoon, She was once again rude and there was lot of drama whcih is better not said. Antoher thing is the receptionist is very very old, and may b that is why her attitude was soo bad and she was soo slow at making things. Overall I woudnt recommend kibi to anyone who visits Vienna because they are the most unfriendliest of all. Even while we were sleeping in the room, twice or thrice room cleaning banged inside the room. The first one said sorry and left, the second once inspite of seeing that we were not in good shape, stood back asking questions. Shame on kibi for such poor reception. We almost lost half the time dealing with hte reception and could really complete our vienna sight seeing.
